The property is adorned with beautiful picnic tables right opposite the orchards, so while you take a sip of that sparkling gold-coloured cider, you can have a firsthand view of the ingredients that brought it to life. 

This family-run cidery gives you a full tour of their orchards, beautiful tasting room, and production facilities. They also explain the entire cider-making process, giving you a deeper appreciate of the liquid gold you’re sipping on! You’ll find an impressive list of fifteen high-quality ciders for you to choose from. These include the famous Tuesday’s Original, Blackberry Mint, and Rose-Coloured Raspberry. Prices start from as low as $7.83 to $9.14 per 500ml bottle.

Be sure to say hi to the Cider dog, Reggie! He is always welcoming other pups to hangout while you sip away.  On the back patio, you can relax and experience the Okanagan’s weather at its finest while drinking your cider, or bring a picnic to pair with it. 2. Scenic Road Cider Co.

Scenic Road Cider should be your go-to cider in Okanagan if you want to try something new and fun. Like the name, Scenic Road is a scenic beauty to behold. Located on Packinghouse road, this family-run and dog-friendly cidery is a must-visit in Kelowna, and the perfect place to spend an afternoon.

Once inside, if you are not swept off your feet by the spectacular setting, the humorous and friendly staff will do justice. What better combo than a good laugh and some sweet cider? While you enjoy the free tastings, an upbeat and knowledgeable host will run you through the story behind the creation of each one you taste. They have a wide variety of flavours, so come thirsty!

Some cider options on the menu are the famous Razz, which has a subtle hint of raspberry, Nearly Dry with an explosion of carefully chosen fruit blends, and Nectar, a delicious blend of sun-ripened nectarines and apples. Every cider delivers an unforgettable taste and prices range from $7.60 to $8.70 per 500ml bottle.

3. Upside Cider

If you’re looking to pair a meal with your cider, Upside Cider has got you covered. Located on Gale road off highway 97, this cozy cidery has a rooftop patio that offers you a beautiful view of the mountains, as well as flights taking off and landing at the Kelowna Airport. The ambiance is relaxed and casual, with great music and friendly staff. Whether you want to play board games with friends or relax on the patio, you are sure to enjoy your time here.

Some of the ciders on display include Harvest Apple, the Off-dry Apple & Hops, and Applecot. Being Kelowna’s premier organic cidery, Upside is setting the standard of what it means to produce cider in an environmentally friendly way. Prices start from $11 – $19 per 500 or 750 ml bottle.

Unlike other cideries, Upside has a pizza truck where you can get fire-roasted pizzas made with locally sourced ingredients. With arguably the best charcuterie in the Okanagan made with local artisan cheeses and organic pickled vegetables, you’ll most definitely want to try it.

4. Truck 59 Cider House

If you want to enjoy the incredible views of Okanagan Lake while sipping fruity, crisp ciders, Truck 59 is a must-visit. Located on Brown Road, this cider bar sits in a spectacular setting with a lovely shaded patio that faces Okanagan Lake.
