Offering both a lunch and dinner menu, each dish is made with the highest level of detail. Though differing in a few ways, both menus offer many of the same tasty dishes. The Burgers and Sandwiches feature tenderized meat, fresh produce, and delicious flavour, while the pizza and pasta will make you feel like you’re in a restaurant in Italy. The Entrees are high quality meat and seafood dishes, with our personal favourites being the Chicken Cacciatore Tajine and the Salmon & Orzo. Pair this with a local wine made nearby for an experience that can’t be beat. Oh ya, we can’t forget dessert – finish your meal with something sweet like the Bread Pudding, Banana Split, or the popular Boozy Sundae!

All of the produce and herbs used in their dishes come from the nearby Valley View Farm – an organic farm in Naramata that operates under the same ownership. The humble beginnings of the farm quickly changed due to the thousands of pounds of fresh produce that is used in the kitchen of the Merganser, allowing you to truly enjoy the flavours of the Okanagan.
