To achieve a perfect balance of flavors, Tratto’s pizza has minimal toppings and a slightly charred crust that is soft and chewy in the center. In keeping with the true Neapolitan tradition, their pizzas are served uncut and meant to be enjoyed with a fork and knife, or if you’re really hungry, simply by hand. Our personal favourites are the classic Margherita and the Quattro Formaggi, accompanied by a mouth watering Cannoli for dessert.
