Wine
Mission Hill’s wine collections showcase the unique terroir of the Okanagan Valley, cultivated from five distinct growing subregions. Each wine reflects the characteristics and flavours derived from these specific areas within the valley.
The Legacy Collection represents the pinnacle of the Okanagan’s expression. Crafted from hand-harvested and hand-sorted grapes, these wines represent the top 1% of the harvest. With extended barrel aging and a minimum 24-month period in-bottle before release, these limited-production wines are considered collectibles, capable of aging for decades.
With meticulous attention to detail, the Terroir Collection artfully presents the essence of the Okanagan Valley. Each wine embodies the unique viticultural of the vineyard estates, influenced by factors such as soil, clone, climate, and precise organic farming practices. Selecting only the top 3% of estate fruit, this collection showcases the utmost quality, with each individual lot evaluated throughout the winemaking journey to guarantee the highest standards are met.
The Reserve Collection expresses hand-selected blocks of grapes, extreme viticulture management, longer barrel time, and increased lees stirring. Elegant and balanced, these wines reflect the passion and commitment to winemaking excellence. The Reserve wines are produced from select vineyard properties and showcase the distinctiveness of the the local terroir.
