Originally serving coffee from a cart on bike wheels, the small cart quickly gained a dedicated following of customers who gathered daily for coffee and conversation. The local owners soon realized that they were much more than just another coffee spot – their dedication to quality and community set them apart. As Ratio has expanded, their priorities remain unchanged: to offer the finest coffee and pastries, create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere, and provide exceptional customer service.
A recent addition, and one that has become increasingly popular among locals and travelers is their newly developed restaurant & wine bar, The Juice Wall. Ratio offers a wide selection of coffee types, from traditional favorites like cappuccinos and lattes to more unique options like pour-overs and cold brews. Featuring coffee from Drumroaster Coffee in Cobble Hill, BC and JagSilk Tea from Victoria, you get only the highest quality in each cup. In addition to the coffee, Ratio also boasts a rotating selection of freshly baked goods. Each day of the week, the pastry chefs create a new selection of delicious treats including strudels, cakes, eclairs, and sticky buns. Juice Wall Restaurant & Wine Bar
What began as a few simple bottles of wine on the wall has since turned into Vernon’s newest dining destination. From Wednesday night to Saturday night, this restaurant offers a diverse menu featuring pizzas, appetizers, and shared plates. The Juice Wall features the Okanagan’s largest selection of natural wine and offers the same high quality experience as you get during the day. Come and see what the hype is all about!
