Bluetail’s menu is relatively similar for both locations, with the Commerce location having just a tad more variety. The impressively large selection of basic and specialty maki means cravings and preferences of all kinds can be satisfied. From the classic California Roll to the uniquely crafted Scorpion Roll, each dish is made with fresh ingredients and an abundance of flavour. One of our favourite meals is the Viking Feast from the Commerce location. This hearty meal feeds 3 people, featuring a mix of Gyoza, California Roll, Dynamite Roll, Nigiri, Tempura, Miso, and Sunomono *mouth waters*.
